13.2

Let me preface this post by saying that I can NOT remember the last time I felt this awful after a workout. My vision blacked out, I couldn't walk straight, my legs were not responding to my brain,  and I thought I was going to puke.  But anyways...

13.2

10 AMRAP
5 Shoulder to OH (75)
10 Dead lifts (75)
15 Box Jumps (20")

ROUNDS: 9 + 15 (Total = 285)
NOTES:

If you read my post yesterday, you saw my sweet, awesome game plan. I'm still confident in that plan. The problem is, I, in no way, shape, or form, stuck to this plan.

Here is a table of how I wanted to pace this workout, compared to what actually happened:

Game Plan

Yes, you read that correctly. I did my first round in THIRTY EIGHT SECONDS. That, my friends, is just ridiculous and way, way, way too fast.

All the rounds highlighted in red are way too fast, and all the rounds highlighted in blue are way too slow.

I went out so fast that my body completely died, my quads blew up, and I couldn't maintain any sort of consistency in the box jumps.

What's the moral of the story you ask?

1. Don't be an idiot
2. Stick to the game plan
3. Seriously, stick to the game plan

I need to recover and get healthy (I still have that darn cold).

Cheers to leaving it all out there!
