5pm @ RNCF
My quads and IT bands are pretty sore from yesterday's Fran party, so I waddled my way over to the gym and rolled out for a solid 45 minutes.
Besides rolling out I rowed a slow, steady 1000m and also counted reps for a couple people's 13.5, which was really fun.
I'm going to take tomorrow completely off and try and hit this guy again on Sunday.
